How to Spend a Day

You can check in between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
For guests arriving by train, we offer a free shuttle service from Karuizawa Station (South Exit).
* If you plan to check in after 5:00 PM, please inform us in advance.
* If you would like to use the shuttle service, please contact us by 5:00 PM on the day before your arrival to reserve a seat.
Please choose from the following two shuttle departure times:
1. 2:45 PM
2. 4:00 PM
* Seating is limited. If the shuttle reaches capacity, we will discuss alternative arrangements with you.

Relax in Your Tent & Explore the Grounds

Then, go for a stroll and soak in the stunning natural beauty of Karuizawa.

Visit a Nearby Hot Spring
Each tent is equipped with a private shower room, but as a special perk for our guests, we offer discount vouchers for Happu Onsen LE GRAND, located just 7 minutes by car from Gran Classe.
Happu Onsen features a bicarbonate spring, known as one of the top three beauty-enhancing hot spring types. It is gentle on the body and is said to promote healing for cuts and radiant skin.
We also provide a free shuttle service for your convenience.

- Long weekends (three consecutive holidays or more)
[About the Free Shuttle Service]
- If you wish to use the shuttle service, please make a reservation by the day before.
- The shuttle departs at 3:30 PM and returns at 4:40 PM.
- Service availability may be affected by time constraints or high demand.
- The shuttle service is not available during periods when LE GRAND’s discount offer is not applicable.

After a relaxing soak in the hot spring, it's time to enjoy a delicious dinner.
Our staff will handle everything, from ingredients and tableware to setup, so you don’t have to worry about shopping, setting up the grill, or cleaning up the charcoal.
Savor a luxurious BBQ course with premium domestic beef, carefully selected by our chef, and fresh local vegetables.
Dinner is available at 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM.

Gaze at a Star-Filled Sky by the Bonfire
A bonfire is one of the special pleasures of glamping. For those interested, we offer an optional Bonfire & Marshmallow Set to enhance your experience.
* The Bonfire & Marshmallow Set is available for an additional fee. If you would like to add this option, please let us know at the time of reservation or inform the front desk on the day of your stay.

The bar inside the main building is open from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM, offering a wide selection of wines, champagne, and cocktails.
Enjoy a sophisticated atmosphere with a stunning view of the beautifully illuminated resort at night—an ideal setting for a relaxing evening.
* Please note that the bar operates on an irregular schedule. If you plan to visit, we recommend inquiring in advance.
