About Reservations
Can I stay alone? What is the capacity per tent?
We’re sorry, but solo stays are not available at this time. Each tent can accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
Can I choose the location of my tent when booking?
No, tent locations cannot be specified. They will be assigned by the facility. However, you can select the tent type.
I made a reservation online but haven’t received a confirmation email.
Please check if you have domain restrictions enabled or if there was a mistake in your registered email address. If you do not receive an email, please contact us via phone or the inquiry form.
About Rates
What are the accommodation fees for children?
The rates for children are as follows:
■ Junior high school students and older : Same price as adults (Please book as an adult)
■ Elementary school students : 50% of the adult rate (Includes meals)
■ Infants & toddlers : Free (No bedding or meals provided)
* For room-only plans, meals are not included.
Are there cancellation fees?
Cancellation fees are as follows:

■ Up to 5 days before:No charge (0%)
■ 4 to 3 days before:50% of the accommodation fee
■ 2 to 1 day before:80% of the accommodation fee
■ Same-day cancellation:100% of the accommodation fee
■ No-show without notice:100% of the accommodation fee
* For bookings of 3 or more rooms under a single reservation, cancellation fees will apply from 1 month before the stay.

■ 14 to 3 days before:50% of the accommodation fee

If a cancellation fee applies, an invoice will be sent to the address provided in the reservation information.
Please complete payment by bank transfer within two weeks of receiving the invoice.
(Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.)
Is there a service charge?
The service charge is included in the accommodation fee.
What payment methods are available?
For on-site payments, both cash and credit cards are accepted.
About Our Facility
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We’re sorry, but we do not provide luggage storage.
Is there a TV inside the tents?
No, there are no TVs in the tents to encourage guests to fully enjoy the outdoor experience.
Can I still have a BBQ if it rains?
Yes, the BBQ dining area is covered, so you can enjoy your meal even in rainy or winter weather.
However, in case of extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons or severe storms, we may need to cancel reservations for safety reasons or arrange for meals to be served inside the main building. We will contact you in such cases.
Can I rent out the entire facility?
Yes, full facility rental is available for TV filming, commercials, fashion shoots, brochures, promotional videos, and more. For inquiries, please contact us via phone or the inquiry form.
About Pets
Can I stay with my pet?
For international guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring pets due to facility regulations and safety considerations.
